Scientists have speculated for years that some children are just born wrong and despite having a loving home, they go off the rails and become outcasts.
Is this where pedophilia comes into play? Are most pedophiles just bad seeds? I have never seen a pedophile rehabilitated successfully, they always seem to re-offend. I've lived near them and I've seen this first hand.
