We can look at the four pillars of wellbeing, which is nutrition, exercise, mental health, and the microbiome and the secret gut bacteria that could be the missing link to your overall health and or weight loss resistance. We're also going to talk about the hidden dangers of your diet and antibiotics and how your gut may be at risk. And of course, we're going to talk about how you must be your own health care advocate.

Meg has been working as a Registered Dietitian for 15 + years. She has a diverse nutrition background in a variety of areas including Eating Disorders, Weight Loss, Cardiac Disease, Gastrointestinal Disorders, Food Intolerances/Allergies and Diabetes. Meg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Saint Joseph University in West Hartford, CT.
