One of the first precepts presented in Christianity and even in Judaism is that of forgiveness. The way it is presented by most believers is we absolutely MUST forgive all offenses. is this understanding of forgiveness really consistent with with Biblical Authority or has it been a contributing factor in the degradation and division of both religions?
