One person has been killed and another hurt in what authorities are calling an alleged murder-attempted suicide at The Oaks Mall in Thousand Oaks. \
Ventura County Sheriff's Department Spokesman Eric Buschow says the man is in critical condition.
The outdoor pavilion on the east end of the mall has been shut down since the shooting at about 2:15 this afternoon. Buschow says the couple has children, but they are safe.
