This episode is inspired by Kit Dale and his instructional videos. Kit Dale got his black belt in 4 years, but unlike many other people which have achieved a black belt in a short amount of time, he was only training 4 times a week. To be the best at something you generally have to make that something your life. But what if you want to be more well rounded? How do you keep jiu-jitsu just a part of your life while still being good at jiu-jitsu?
