Palena Neale, Ph.D is an international women's leadership coach who lectures for MBA programs and delivers training for UN leaders at the United Nations System Staff College as well as corporate clients. She is the founder of Unabridged – a leadership development practice providing coaching for women and women’s leadership workshop series. She also founded Mentoring Exchanges – a mentoring service that matches international development professionals with global executives and academics.
Palena holds a Ph.D. in Gender and International Relations, and her post-doctoral research focused on employee engagement. She is a regular contributor to Forbes, Psychology Today as well as Harvard Business Review, and is featured in numerous podcasts.
