Refined Diamonds, Inc. was planted in the heart of Candice J. Hicks in April of 2013 and was birthed on March 9, 2019. Refined Diamonds, Inc. is a mentoring program serving teen girls in the Southern Maryland region that have hidden exceptional characteristics and potential for greatness. We are a safe haven for girls to be heard, seen and understood. Our mission is to empower, educate and elevate today’s youth that are our future leaders through providing academic/career development, leadership development and life skills development.
