Corneilius "Chap" Scott impacted so many lives in Baltimore City. On December 20, 2019, Cornelius left us. Corneilius "Chap"Scott was the executive whose vision shaped the Family Survivor Network. Corneilius had over 25 years of professional training. As executive director for Mothers of Murdered Sons and Daughters, Corneilius developed the organizations model for survivor support.
