Sheryl welcomes Elli Ho, author of The Story Doesn’t Matter: Decoding Your Life’s Hidden Messages This book is due to be released Spring 2015.
Elli and Sheryl will explore the fusion of science and spirituality, preventative medicine or energy medicine, in understanding wellness and disease. Elli received a full inoculation of science at Revelle College, UCSD, tempered by a year abroad in Tokyo followed by a Delta Omega Honor Society inducing Master’s degree in Public Health. Working in clinical trials and research at UCSD Dept. of Preventative Medicine was pure science in action, and yet, she didn’t feel that her understanding of “di-sease” was complete.
Elli was raised in Germany and Southern California on East-West spirituality, philosophy and meditation which inspired her to contemplate and study “Who am I, Why am I here, and What is the meaning of Life?...The space where science and spirituality meet.” A complex family situation finally prompted her to undertake an intense self study to find the essence of Health, Life, Love and Happiness.
More than a decade later, Elli assimilated over 100+ books in quantum physics, brain processing, yoga, meditation, personal development, entrepreneurialism, law of attraction, miracles, holistic nutrition, diet, spirituality, psychology, emotional intelligence, ancient shamanic practices, and energy medicine.Participating in hands-on training via certifications, seminars, classes and private coaching should have resulted in a PhD in metaphysics, alas, she became an author, speaker and certified holistic health/nutrition and life coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, NY.
Sheryl says, “In my new book The Living Spirit Answers for Healing and Infinite Love, I explain how each person receives information from higher energy differently. Sheryl writes, “Through my readings as an intuitive healer, clients begin to understand their spiritual connections to a higher dimension, where souls who depart their physical body now reside and communicate with all souls on the earth plane. Some individuals, more sensitive than others are receiving more complex messages. There is a universal sphere of continuous knowledge beyond earth; it is the point where the past, present and future merge there is only energy. It is through a physical life that we begin to understand the strength and power of our divine energetic being: to manifest the best results in our everyday lives, we may incorporate healing energy sessions, as a catalyst for self improvement and to also improve the quality of interactions with others. Sheryl tells Elli in reading about her life-long involvement with her mother and in what was discribed she is am aware that her mother exhibited traits that present in people who have borderline personality disorders. For the most part, people who are afflicted with this serious condition often cause much chaos in their home and work life and it is very unusual to see much change in their behavior no matter what the therapy is. In other words, it is very challenging to be connected and involved with people who have this disorder.
