It was great to catch up with our dear friend and mindful meditation mentor mate Tom Evans, who recently introduced us to Insight Timer and thereby thousands of meditators and new connections.
Here, in our 'sandwiched' conversation, I began by acknowledging Tom's millionth listen on Insight Timer, talked about the extraordinary reach and future of the app, and took a little look at the very nature of Meditation.
Louisa tag-teamed with me and brought an astrological flavour to the catch-up with Mr Evans, looking at natural patterns, cosmic rhythms and going with the temporal flow.
Tom went deeper into his personal experience and admiration of the Insight Timer phenomenon, and discussed his book "New Magic for a New Era" - based on the realisation that trauma isn't necessary for growth.
