On today’s podcast, Ashley is joined by her friend, yoga instructor and overall amazing soul, Bola. Bola share about growing up in a predominantly white community as a black woman who’s family immigrated to the states from Nigeria for a better life. Her mom wanted nothing for more for her to experience life to the fullest and was taught as she put to “act more white” as a way to blend in. Now she is using her voice to empower others and believes that life is a reflection of her energy and mindset. She speaks her truth of pure gold and shares how we all have the ability to create and manifest the life we desire.
