Nick Kendell is joined by guest Erick Trickel to dive into the Broncos' 38-24 victory over the Texans. With rookie quarterback Drew Lock being the first quarterback in NFL history to throw for 300 yards and three touchdown on his first road start, the Lock Era in Denver is off to a fantastic start. However, Lock did not do it alone as Noah Fant, the usage of the tight ends, and Rich Scangarello did a great job scheming up and carving up the Texans' defense. The Broncos' defense, up against one of their toughest tests this season in Deshaun Watson, came out and matched the heat of the offense holding the Texans to just three points in the first half, thanks in large part to the homecoming of stud safety Kareem Jackson. Lock is playing well, but two games is still a rather small sample size. What should the Broncos expect from him down the stretch? And with the potential solution at quarterback on the roster, how does this team's core start to shape up?
