Studies show that gratitude can improve everything from your health, to happiness, to sleep and even making friends! From productivity, to improving emotional health, optimism and even increasing longevity…
Gratitude in and of itself is a miracle working character trait that is limitless in its bountiful returns!
So where does it come from? How do we get it…or more of it? What is the source? What really can it do? It is all it’s cracked up to be? Is it hype?
Don’t take my word for it! I’ve invited two of my wonderful Twitter Tribe family members to join this super soul-elevating conversation. We’ll be sipping on our chai lattes the three of us with you….two ladies who I know not only understand gratitude in all of its glory, but also the challenges it sometimes takes to achieve it when the world may feel upside down. What better way for us to go full in on this important conversation, "Lattitudes of Gratitude”. With the holidays right on our horizon, it is so important for us to think about the role that gratitude plays in our lives and the world around us—today and every day.
Joining me for this enlivening show are special people that I know embody the spirit of gratitude—Jane Montgomery and Suzi Day. And we’ll welcome a special guest commercial hosting by Actor Chris Twomey who will share details about his latest movie role.
Jane Montgomery worked as a medical assistant most of her life until a decision a year ago to start living her life the way it was meant to be…enjoyable! As a result, she started her own business… Rock Your Messages. Her motto is “Be the Change that Inspires” and she encourages those who shop her store to “rock their messages” … whatever that may be.
She is now working on building her brand to make a difference in the world.
Her shop is currently selling personalized rings, with a name, special date or a word that holds symbolic meaning. Within the next month, she’ll be offering bracelets and necklaces. For every piece of jewelry sold, a portion of the proceeds goes to help kids in group homes. Visit Jane’s store at www.rockyourmessages.com or find her on Twitter @Rockyourmessages.
Suzi Day, of Suzi B, Inc., is a marketing, branding, event and fundraising consultant, who works mainly with non-profit organizations. She works tirelessly to help prevent child sex trafficking. Formerly she appeared on QVC UK for 17 years designing, marketing and selling on air her own line of fashion jewelry, California Style with Suzi B. She specializes in all aspects of branding and marketing consulting including but not limited to website design and development, social media platforms and management, public relations, graphic design, community outreach and network development, fundraising and all aspects of event planning. To learn more about her work she’s on LinkedIn and for daily inspirations, follow her on Twitter at @suziday123.
