Description

Tressa Haney is a Transformation Coach specializing in healing the limiting beliefs and residual effects of childhood grief in women.

Tressa discovered in her late 30’s that lingering learned behaviours from her sister’s sudden death back in her teenaged years was preventing her from having the fulfilling and joyous life that she desired. She had come to the point that her limiting beliefs, fear and anxiety were no longer serving her and she needed to make a change. As she turned 40 Tressa decided to master her forties and get happy.

Tressa’s purpose and passion in life has always been in supporting and advocating for people with mental illness or intellectual disabilities, being a community activist & helping people. A natural extension of that purpose is to work with women that have experienced grief or experienced a part of their childhood in a grief stricken home, helping them identify and dispose of behaviours and feelings that are holding them back in adulthood.

Tressa is a proud army wife, married to Paul with 3 children. She currently lives in Ottawa, Canada.
