Sean Tonnet, Psychologist, father and contributor for Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond speaks to his experience as a father so far with deep psychological insight. Sean was once the prime ministers bodyguard before moving from the city to the Northern Rivers twenty years ago. This move offered him a journey of self discovery and an introduction to mindful relationship with self and eventually with children. Sean has an 11 year old and a 13 year old.
