In this week’s episode, Jeanie talks with Greg Solometo. Greg is the co-founder and CEO of Alliance Home Care, a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). In this episode Greg shares his story and philosophy which is built on a term he coined called “The Grandma Rule”. Greg and Jeanie discuss the effect of the pandemic and how Alliance Homecare adjusted on the fly to a constantly evolving experience in the healthcare world.
Greg started Alliance Homecare in 2006, after he took great care of his grandmother for five years when she was suffering from Alzheimer's and it was from that experience that he saw the need for greater home health care. Alliance Homecare is a concierge home health care company which offers an extensive range of high-quality private home care services to an elite client base in lower New York State which includes: the five boroughs of New York City, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and Rockland Counties.
