Mike Roberts spent his initial working years in an operational capacity before moving into supervisory and then managerial roles. He held the Safety and security manager for the City of Burnaby 5 years and then found a natural transition into the Manager of Audit and Training Services for BCMSA. In 2017 he was successful in achieving the position of Executive Director and is now engaged in further developing an already excellent organization.
