I wanted to give a few updates that relate to previous episodes and some new developments. Specifically, we finally hired our new receptionist and she seems to be working out great. I also share our FlossClub page that offers our new dental membership plan. We received a question about how we went about dropping the DMO's so I explain the process we followed. We also learned that our fees were too low for our zip code, so I show you a quick benchmark to use to set your fees. Finally, I share something I learned this week about managing the staff and getting them to open up.
