The ending of this book comes too soon, but there's a little door left open in case the author decides to return to this world. I really loved the way that this story deals with the realities of people and a system letting folks down, and of course the magic is so imaginative that I think it's really going to stick with me. I'm looking forward to maybe reading more from this author, and also looking forward to beginning Dungeon Crawler Carl in a few months!
