Psalm 100, beginning at verse one, "Make a joyful shout to the Lord, all you lands! Serve the Lord with gladness; come before His presence with singing. Know that the Lord He is God. It is He who has made us and not we ourselves. We are His people and the sheep of His pasture." (Psalms 100:1-3 NKJV) You may not know this, but I was once a shepherd of real sheep. For several years, my wife and I owned a small sheep ranch. I daily cared for the sheep and their every need was my careful and constant concern. I knew most of them by name. I suppose because of this, it's easy for me to understand how much God loves us. With joy, we can come to Him with every need, big or small. You should have heard them call out every time they knew I was drawing near. It's time to pray.
