Judi's friend asks for advice about her 11 year old daughter who wants to dye her hair Easter Pink and blue (because her best friend did it)! So Billy & Judi in The Morning put the question out to their followers asking "What is too young for kids to get their hair dyed?". Billy says 11 is too young, Judi feels it depends on the situation. With her own daughter, Judi told that she too at 11 wanted her hair "highlighted" and because Judi's sister is in fact a hairstylist, she allowed her to let her "express herself" as long as it was done under the adept styling hands of her Auntie Shana!
