Alicia Danyali is currently the Head of Preschool and Dean of Service Learning at The New Century School, which serves families with students age 2 through Middle School in Fells Point, Baltimore, MD. Ms. Danyali’s career has been dedicated to child development, which has included roles as classroom teacher, mentor, teacher trainer, service coordinator, mediator and administrator at schools in Baltimore, Washington D.C. and The Netherlands. Her commitment to a partnership involving all stakeholders within educational settings, Alicia has evolved as a leader to accommodate social needs and embrace strategies that support academic institutions with a deep focus and understanding on social competence. Ms. Danyali has a BS in Elementary Education from Florida International University, and graduate degree in Supervision and Administration from Johns Hopkins University School of Education. She lives in Baltimore with her husband and son.
