There are 3 main deceptions of the New Age.
1.The belief that Christ was just an enlightened man who achieved a very high state of consciousness.
2.The belief that humans are perfect but have forgotten their perfect divinity.
3.The belief that the Creator is an unknowable force or source of energy that can be tapped into, but not known in the “human” sense.
Instead:
1.Jesus Christ is the Son of God who was born of a virgin and God Himself. He died and was resurrected and is still alive today. He is the Creator of all things.
2.Humans have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. We are imperfect beings who commit evil acts that need forgiveness they only comes from Jesus Christ and His sacrifice.
3.The Creator is knowable. The truth is not a concept, love is not just an emotion. But God is love and Jesus is the truth. The Creator can be known more intimately than any human connection.
It is important to understand the New Age to help those who are in it and who feel like they are on the frontier of humanity’s spiritual development. The devil will deceive at any means necessary, but every seeker is ultimately seeking for Jesus. Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life.
