Andrew Cooperrider is the owner of a Kentucky coffee shop which has been the target of Kentucky's Governor Andrew Bashear since his refusal to comply with Covid lockdown orders. Since then he's tried to impeach the Governor and has fought for the rights of small businesses to end his states tyrannical lockdown orders.
