Today we are honored to have SB County Supervisor Das Williams on TJS!
Think globally & act locally is a mantra I like to get behind.
That being said, the challenges that MY community face & YOUR community face, all fit in the "big picture," globally speaking.
The issues are certainly important.

Das Williams is Santa Barbara County's Supervisor. He's running for re-election on March 3rd.

For nearly 20 years, Das Williams has served Santa Barbara County as a Santa Barbara City Councilmember, State Assembly, and now, as Santa Barbara County's First District Supervisor. Das has been at the forefront of creating solutions to some of the most pressing issues facing our county and state. He authored groundbreaking legislation to address climate change and protect our coastline, stop gun violence, improve wages and equality in the workplace, improve public schools, and keep our communities safe.
