Kentucky Governor publicly called out an individual named Tupac Shakur that he thought was a fraudulent unemployment claim. It turns out, that is the guy's real name! The governor had to call Tupac personally to apologize as well as publicly apologize for this mistake. VB finds this to be humorous and it is the story that made him smile today!
