The lower body is critical to success in so many sports, but amateur golfers focus more on their upper body and arms, and forget (or don't know) the importance of keeping the lower body quiet, but using your legs to generate power. As a 5th level black belt in Aikido, a certified Sports Psychologist, Mind-Body Fitness expert, and LPGA Certified instructor, Jamie is well versed in all of these answers.
