How do we transform scarcity way of thinking into an abundant way of thinking? We just choose different thoughts right? It comes down to our mindset.

So we know it comes down to our thoughts - life is a mirror of our subconscious and conscious thoughts. Mostly subconscious - so that is why it is important to do the Self work to heal trauma and any past experiences that has you thinking from a place of lack- it gives us the opportunity to note all areas of our Self, to asses WHERE we think (and there for act) from in order to transform it if we wish.

So it comes down to our thoughts - but exactly HOW do we transform scarcity into abundance?
