Description

Today we are exploring non-attachment, or as the yogis call it - Aparigraha, which essentials means non-possesivness and non greed.

Aparigraha can apply to so many areas of our life, be it materialistic greed, person possessiveness or thought attachment. But for today I really want to focus on how we can lean on it as a tool for healing.

Because when we learn this powerfully rewarding discipline, it helps us let go of people - their words, painful situations and even pain that has happened in the past and trauma that surrounds that pain.
