It's that time of year I get really busy in my wardrobe. As the seasons click from warm to cold, I do a rotation so all my coats and layers are out the front, tucking my summer dresses away to rest a while. I take this opportunity to also declutter my wardrobe, donating items I have not worn in 2 years is my general rule!
And so, as I am in there the other day throwing things back and forth, it really got me to thinking into how vigilant we are in ensuring that our homes are decluttered, but how often do we do a sweep of our mind, and check to see if there are piles of emotional clutter hanging about?
