Hi everyone, todays interview has got to be one of the most powerful and moving stories I've heard regarding Bowen Technique.
Today we are speaking with College of Bowen tutor and Mindfulness teacher Kathryn Hamer. Kathryn shares her incredible story of how she started to have Bowen from her mum, also a Bowen practitioner, for the advanced carpal tunnel syndrome she had, having been told that surgery was her only option and she'd never work with her hands. Not only did the Bowen clear the carpal tunnel syndrome, but for the first time in years, it gave Kathryn peace from the harrowing drug addiction she had and began her process of recovery.
This is such a beautiful story, shared so openly for us to show how much Bowen can create changes in spaces that we wouldn't imagine. Kathryn is now a passionate advocate for Bowen Technique and her story just shows us how much can be accomplished with this amazing tool. We hope you enjoy this interview with it's raw vulnerability about such a difficult topic.
