Wellness is multi-faceted. It includes what you eat, getting active (not some strict and boring exercise routine), and sleeping well. It also includes being surrounded by supportive people, silencing the inner critic (hint: the inner critic is always there, but it can be silenced), living a life of balance, taking every possible action you can control to avoid stress-related health risks, and customizing your lifestyle to fit you.
