Despite being born in America, filmmaker Alexandra Warner is Trini to the bone. Her pronounced accent speaks to the many years she’s alternated between the Caribbean and the States. Warner’s new documentary, “Forgotten Boys”, is a case study on youth offenders and the Criminal Justice system in Trinidad. The project will be screening at this year’s Caribbean Tales Film Festival beginning on September 8th.
