Cinematically Nigeria is best known for its Nollywood movement. Three Nigerian filmmakers have joined forces to expand the boundaries of their native country’s film output. “Juju Stories” is a three vignette constructed project delving into the mystical world of witchcraft or Juju as it’s known in Nigeria. I had the opportunity to converse with two-thirds of the filmmaking trio, C.J. 'Fiery' Obasi and Michael Omonua, after the film screened at Switzerland’s Locarno Film Festival.
