Tamara Dawit’s moving documentary, Finding Sally, is equal parts investigation of her missing aunt, and a compelling probe into Ethiopia’s complex history. The film was selected in 2020 by the Hot Docs Film Festival, and is now streaming in Canada on CBC Gems.
