We start our legislative session coverage for the Sunshine State with our weekly government guru, Sal Nuzzo, VP of Policy for the James Madison Institute. Each Monday we will tell you what happened and what is happening, but this week it was all about explaining the make up of the two chambers, what is teed up for likely passage, and what needs to get worked on. Remember, the State Constitution requires a balanced budget and that is it. The rest depends on the proverbial sausage making process.
