Mat Staver, Founder & Chairman of the Liberty Counsel, joined a member of Florida ttorney General Ashley Moody's staff (where was the AG?) to argue whether the abortion amendment is properly written to fit the requirements of appearance on the 2024 ballot in Florida. The session before the court was not about the merits of the potential amendment, but about it's ballot summary and wording. Preston asked Mat about the arguments and got into the actual one-hour limit placed on the bill sponsors and opponents.
