Erin has grown the company to three staff, seven management clients, and a consulting business that is helping 10-15 clients at any given time. She led clients The Secret Sisters to a Grammy nomination for Best Folk Album in 2018, and Amanda Shires to an Americana Awards nomination and win for Best Emerging Artist in 2017.
