In April, EO Albany welcomed Cory Ross, the President of The Program Corporate and a Leadership Instruction, for a leadership training event at Thatcher Park. Our group spent the day hiking up and then down the Helderberg Mountains all while carrying equipment, 50-pound sandbags and completing a series of timed exercises. We recap the day, what was learned, and what skills we can take forward with Cory and EO Albany member Alex Pelli.
