I don’t usually experience anxiety but one morning last week I was thinking about my day ahead as I was waking and I could start to slowly feel my chest tighten. 😧
My thoughts were causing this brief episode of a panic attack...
As I became aware of these feelings and the thoughts that were associated to this attack I began to focus my attention to my breath and prayers.🙏🏼
I had to shift my thinking from the cause to positive thoughts...
Through my morning prayers, reflection and gratitude with movement.
It helped me to come back to a relaxed controlled breathing and heart rate.❤️
I no longer was experiencing anxiety but instead calmness and peace.

It is very important to recognize and become aware of the thoughts that trigger negative energy.
