Fear is a normal reaction but we can’t let it ruin our lives.

You can take control and get your life back by becoming aware of the thoughts that come to mind. The what if‘s and negative thoughts... fear loses it’s power when we find ways to deal with our circumstances. Looking fear in the eye and naming it and asking yourself what is the worst that could happen. How would you react?

Best practice is to reflect and write down the fears that are holding you back. Tell yourself that fear will not rule my life... eliminate them one by one so you can move ahead and manage anything life throws at you.
