The Ottawa County Board of Commissioners have submitted paperwork with the State of Michigan to have Nathaniel Kelly approved as interim Health Director if Adeline Hambley is fired.
And the Michigan Court of Appeals ruled that Hambley was hired as Health Director for Ottawa County; but they also ruled that she can be fired for cause if the county follows State rules.
