Welcome to the RMUpload! This is the first episode of our new bi-weekly podcast about education, health, and life at a graduate healthcare institution. Our first episode features Dr. Mike Nelson and Dr. Mace Hamblin giving an introduction to the concept of emotional intelligence (EI) and its value in personal and professional life. They provide a brief overview of important principles within the EI construct, as well as examples of how these principles can be applied to common scenarios in our lives.
