Our guests on this episode is an amazing brother/sister team, Sensei Darren (@itsdarrenhunter) and Sensei Dee (the_hunter83) and together they have created more than a typical martial arts studio in @solostudiosnewcastle. What we mean by 'more than' is they go beyond the normal mixed approach of judo, karate, boxing to establish key components of self-defence, self discipline, learning and emotional intelligence with all students. The members have access to separate kids (starting from 4 years old) and adults studios, creating a real secure foundation and environment. Both unfortunate to come across regular bullying and harrowing for Sensei Dee, a victim of sexual assault , these guys have not let anything of the past stop this great hustle.
