Project Feast is a workforce training program for low-income immigrants and refugees in South King County offering a culinary skills apprenticeship program where participants learn the fundamentals of working in a commercial kitchen and receive hands-on experience working in their cafe in Kent. They currently prepare free, culturally appropriate meals for food insecure families in the Kent area. Executive Director Van Nguyen is Lee's guest.
