Established under President George W. Bush, the Reentry Program provides the resources to ensure a successful transition from inmate to productive citizen.
We spoke with Michael Lockamy, the North Carolina Reentry Coordinator at a recent "Block Party" resource fair to learn a little more about the program statewide, and in Cumberland County, one of 14 active Reentry Programs in the state.
