Victor Vargas’ troubled life started as a Mexican-American when he was young when he wasn’t accepted. Bullied relentlessly, he finally joined a gang where he could become the bully. That turned out to be a mistake because there’s no loyalty. He turned his life around when he was asked to speak at a high school assembly. With renewed confidence in himself he changed others’ lives. And he has written his memoir, “Almost Bullied To Death” as a testament to his resilience.
