Eclipse Award winning journalist, Bill Finley is the founder of HRU. He joins Freddie and Bob as this week's guest on the Harness Racing Alumni Show. Trade is on a special July 4th weekend assignment and may be reporting from the Goshen Historic meet. Finley discusses how the new whipping rules have not affected racing and wagering in New Jersey. He also gives his opinion on the much-needed Horseracing Integrity & Safety Authority and believes that States not having it would be detrimental to horse racing.
