On our Harness Racing Alumni Show this week, we are joined by Standardbred & Thoroughbred breeder and owner Clay Horner…., who was the former Chairman of the Woodbine Entertainment Group. Horner is interviewed by Andy Cohen about the topics of what Standardbred Canada is doing right and his thoughts on HISA. He calls U.S. regulators ‘a joke’ in regard to how they have cases delayed for several years before making a ruling. Clay then discusses the upcoming North America Cup and believes that one of the favorites, Captains Quarters…, who was broke and trained on the Delaware towpath, would make for a great story.
