Description

On this week's Harness Racing Alumni Show we present part one of a two-part series with Don Tiger. Don is the owner of the fine racehorse Charlie May and he tells us about the recent ruling by the New Jersey Racing Commission. They completely rejected Judge Barron’s ruling that had declared Charlie May the winner of the 2021 Meadowlands Pace. Tiger shares with Freddie, Trade and Bob the next steps that he and his legal team are taking in the judicial process. He also expresses how positive he is (as indicated by Howard Taylor) that the appellate judge will uphold judge Barron’s original ruling that declared his horse the winner. This is a broadcast that everyone in harness and thoroughbred racing needs to listen to. In part two…, which will air next week, (April 6th) he’ll explain why the NJ Racing Commission cannot win this case and the many consequences that they now face. It is absolutely another show not to miss.
